The idea for this business began long before the technology boom. Every time a new wave of digital innovation hit, I watched the same thing happen. The tech experts raced ahead with jargon and pressure, while the people responsible for making decisions felt lost, overwhelmed, and often embarrassed to admit they didn’t understand what was going on.

Boards nodded through presentations they didn’t fully understand, executives felt squeezed between pressure from above and chaos below and small business owners wasted money on solutions they never needed.

I hated seeing that and not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had ever taken the time to explain things in a way that made sense.
